Ever since a young age I have been fascinated by the intricacies of the human body and massage has always been an interest of mine. From offering foot and shoulder massages to family members as a child to studying self-massage and different modalities prior to attending school, I have always known massage would be an integral part of my life.
Growing up, I was an avid equestrian, soccer player, golfer, skiier and also incredibly clumsy. This combination led to countless injuries from bruises, broken bones, twisted ankles, torn ligaments and beyond. Experiencing chronic pain from the time I was a teenager, I was driven to seek out bodywork to manage my discomfort. Massage has been a huge part of not only my wellness plan, but also my self-care regimen and invaluable to my quality of life.
I am passionate about sharing this healing gift of massage with others to help them manage pain, create change in and increase awareness of their bodies. So many of our habits these days lead to poor habitual posturing that can put additional strain on the body, increasing our fatigue and discomfort. My goal as a massage therapist is not only to provide relief from pain and tension, but also to educate my clients on the source of their discomfort and come up with a proactive approach to create sustained change in their bodies. I will offer ideas for stretches or exercises that can be done regularly between sessions to empower you to be an active part of making your body the best it can be.
I love being active and outside as much as possible. From hiking the greenbelt to paddleboarding to running around the lake to taking a plunge in the springs or taking advantage of one of our beautiful parks and doing some yoga, I am always looking for new ways to explore and challenge my body to be stronger and healthier. Let me help you on the journey to building a stronger and more enriching relationship with your body.
I attended A New Beginning School of Massage in Austin, TX in 2016 and have been practicing in the Austin Metro area ever since. I received my Reiki I attunement through Raven Moon Healing Arts in Wimberley, TX in 2018.

Manny is currently accepting all new clients
Born and raised in Texas, I moved to Austin in 2014 to attend college, but I ended up staying for an even bigger journey; the search to find myself. With a background in psychology studies, therapy was always on my radar. I believe that in 2020 I found one of my callings, Massage Therapy. I attended Austin Massage Academy, and received my license in 2021.
Like many others, I didn’t have best body practices growing up. I began to deal with back aches by the time I was 21 due to a lifetime of poor posture, and noticed skeletal changes in myself as well. Unfortunately, this hits close to home for many people. The truth is, like many others, it wasn’t a question of wanting to better myself, but simply not having the information at hand to do so. This issue along with my love for science and anatomy is what brought me to the healing world of massage.
The main goal for my journey in massage therapy is to help people reach a better version of themselves, and due to my own past issues, I’ve grown ever close to the art of self-care and self-love. I believe we tend to forget about ourselves in an increasingly fast-paced world, oftentimes leaving our bodies and minds feeling burnt-out. My goal is to help you recover and provide you with the tools you need to help better the quality of your life. So whether you’re dealing with pain, discomfort, tension or stress, let me help you on your journey to reaching the best version of yourself possible.
